Whether you're completely new to yoga or seeking a softer, trauma-informed approach to movement, this session offers a welcoming space to explore without Pressure.

Where we are Based? 

In this workshop, you will:

  1. Learn gentle yoga techniques to relieve tension and improve mobility
  2. Explore calming breathwork and mindfulness tools to regulate your nervous system
  3. Build trust in your body’s ability to heal
  4. Leave with practical tools to use in daily life to manage discomfort and reconnect with your body

1-Hour Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Session

HBOT is a powerful, non-invasive therapy that:

  1. Boosts oxygen levels at a cellular level
  2. Reduces inflammation and pain
  3. Accelerates physical recovery
  4. Enhances relaxation, focus, and emotional resilience

Meet Stacey

Stacey is a dedicated yoga teacher, mind-body practitioner, and wellness expert with a passion for guiding others toward a more balanced and embodied life. 


With over a decade of experience on her own yoga and spiritual journey, she understands the transformative power of movement, mindfulness, and self-soothing techniques. 

Through her teaching, she helps people step out of their busy minds and reconnect with their bodies, creating space for healing, self-awareness, and inner peace.


With a deep love for yoga and all things wellness, Stacey’s approach is rooted in compassion and authenticity. Whether on the mat or in daily life, she encourages her students to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and cultivate a sense of presence. 


Her teachings blend traditional yoga practices with modern mindfulness techniques, offering a holistic path to well-being. Stacey’s mission is to support others in finding their own rhythm, grounding into their bodies, and embracing a lifestyle of balance and self-care.
